Job Description:OverviewSOSi is currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Enterprise Delivery to join our Technology & Engineering team in Reston, VA. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, design, implementation, and ongoing management of a portfolio of enterprise information technology and application modernization programs.
Essential Job Duties
  • Program Oversight: Directly manage a complex portfolio of contracts and simultaneously meet technical delivery and financial metrics.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the stability and security of the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continual Improvement: Act as a focal point for driving improvement across the business through process, operational, and technology improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience providing support to the Department of Defense and / or Federal Civilian Agencies.
  • Experience providing technical oversight of programs or portfolios exceeding $100 million in total contract value.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture new business and grow existing business.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Demonstrated understanding of industry standard project management and service delivery frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • ITIL 4 certification.
  • Agile SAFe certification.
Work Environment
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • The Vice President will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, often requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Travel may be required to meet with partners, clients, and stakeholders. The role demands a high level of responsibility and accountability, often involving tight deadlines and complex issues.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
