The Assistant Manager - Club Operations at The Beaver Creek Club partners with Club Director to ensure the operation of the club is efficient, including building maintenance, kitchen, and bar operations to serve guest to the highest standards. Oversees all Clubhouse rentals and events.Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $56,485- $71,874

- Hires, schedules and manages club staff to ensure highest level of guest service and safety.
- Oversees Food and Beverage Operation, this includes daily breakfast summer and winter and weekly Wine & Cheese and Après events.
- Food and Beverage inventory and control.
- Partners with Club Director on creating a budget and maintains purchasing and labor expenses within the budget.
- Acts as Safety Coordinator and submits weekly Safari reports to Health and Safety.
- Responsible for payroll for entire department and support of others.
- Ensures club facilities are neat, clean and in working order. Coordinates any maintenance with appropriate vendors.
- Partners with and/or coordinates food and beverage offerings on a daily basis and for special member events. This included summer weekend Wine and Cheese, Pickle ball Socials, and member parties like 4th of July and Superbowl.
- Ensures member amenities are kept up to date and refreshed regularly
- Oversees Kitchen Staff, and Bartenders and all assigned Manager on Duty shifts
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining kitchen, bar and building supplies.
- Handles all accounts payable for building and Club Operation.
- Assists club managers, as needed and requested.
- Assist in covering front desk in summer operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous club experience is preferred
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- TIPS and Servsafe Certified
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Procurement, Guest Connect, Open Table, ALICE, Jonas, IG
- Other preferable skills: Maintenance, Food and Beverage experience, general knowledge of procurement and ordering
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship development skills
