Widely recognized for our capital markets and real estate expertise, our team is also known for their distinguishing access and credibility, incomparable experience, outstanding client service, and proven track record.OPPORTUNITIESWe are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Lodging Capital Markets Team.Responsibilities:RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design real estate transaction brochures, offering memorandums and pitch books
  • Produce site plans, label aerials, re-touch photos, logos
  • Design collateral material (e.g. site tour books, landing page graphics)
  • Design invitations and collateral for special projects
  • Coordinate photography and video shoots for deals/projects
  • Be able to work well with outside vendors including rendering companies and videographers
  • Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback
  • Production knowledge is a plus
Qualifications:SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • College degree
  • Minimum of one-year graphic design work experience
  • Working knowledge of appropriate software (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point)
  • Technical and creative proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite on Macintosh OS X
QUALIFICATIONSProfessional experience working with print medium is highly preferred. Experience working in a corporate environment, real-estate or finance industries are a plus. Ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annuallyThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
