Principal Accountabilities
- Support the Applications, Hardware and OS for all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices. This support is done 95% remote.
- Strong Knowledge of MDM administration tools like Microsoft Intune or comparable tools.
- Provide internal customer support to UniFirst Team Partners while remotely diagnosing issues.
- Diagnose and resolve all issues on Windows and Android systems, and well as Printers, Time Clocks, and misc. endpoint hardware.
- Create and Maintain Images for all devices.
- Assist with implementation of IT Projects coordinated by the Manager
- Setup and Installation of all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets, mobile devices, and Printers.
- Assist with basic audio\visual support for conference rooms.
- Travel to UniFirst locations in North America to upgrade computer equipment (up to 25% travel)
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ Years working in a Service Desk or Desktop Admin position.
- Experience working with diagnosing issues on PCs.
- Experience with MDM Solutions like Intune, Jamf, or Workspace1
- Strong focus Customer Service and Satisfaction.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills.
- Experience working in an Active Directory Domain Structure.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues with remote users over the phone.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems
- 1+ Years working in a business environment as part of a team.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Hybrid 50% in office
- Valid Driver’s license
