OSP Construction Manager - Small Cell (Raleigh, NC area)

- Manage the pre-construction and construction phases of the OSP/Fiber project to deliver on time, on budget, within quality and safety standards.
- Oversight for Small cell projects will include activities related to above and below-ground fiber installation, hub construction, node construction and related utility make-ready
- Supervise construction crews and vendors and work closely with local stakeholders.
- Schedule and report construction progress.
- Manage, document, and record construction field changes.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing RF Sweep test, OTDR, Power Meter, and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing.
- Minimum of 3 years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience.
- Knowledge and experience in outside plant construction techniques (aerial and underground).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
