Job DescriptionAs a Senior Architectural Project Manager, you will lead project teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the seamless execution of architectural vision from start to finish. You will drive innovation, collaborate with talented professionals, and deliver outstanding architectural solutions that exceed client expectations.Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing them from conception to flawless completion.
- Strategically develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to these essential frameworks.
- Collaborate creatively with clients, architects, engineers, and diverse team members to craft innovative project requirements and solutions.
- Conduct thorough site visits and surveys, meticulously gathering information and assessing project feasibility.
- Thoroughly review and meticulously approve design drawings, specifications, and other pivotal project documents.
- Expertly lead and empower project teams, including BIM Designers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and peak efficiency.
- Continuously monitor project progress and deliver regular, insightful updates to clients and senior management, ensuring transparency on scope changes and fees.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with stringent building codes, regulations, and cutting-edge construction methods throughout all project phases.
- Skillfully manage project budgets, meticulously tracking and accurately accounting for all expenses to optimize financial efficiency.
- Apply deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and advanced construction methods to achieve project excellence.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- 10+ years of experience in project management within an architecture firm.
- Experience in developing construction documents and design.
- Registered architect.
- Experience with K-12 education projects.
- Strong client-facing experience.
- Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Experience with Multi-family and/or Native American projects is a plus.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- State of Arizona Registered Architect preferred but not required.
- Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing design drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading and motivating project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Willingness to travel for project-related meetings and site visits.
