
Senior Controls Engineer

- Design and develop advanced control systems for automation and industrial applications.
- Integrate and program PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems for seamless operations.
- Optimize performance using cutting-edge control algorithms such as PID and Model Predictive Control.
- Lead projects, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and improve system efficiency, minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree required.
- At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in control systems engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Strong expertise in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
