By guiding streamlined processes, managing metrics, offering decision support, conducting data analytics, and stewarding planning tool infrastructure, we empower Corteva to make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals with precision and agility.The role requires the ability to work effectively across various teams and technical disciplines.What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their reporting requirements and develop customized reports accordingly.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and integrity within our Planning and Execution tool (Planisware software).
  • Provide user support for technical issues, system navigation, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users to maximize the system's capabilities.
  • Act as a Tier 1 escalation point for issues related to our Planning & Implementation tool (Planisware software), offering timely assistance and resolution.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Maintain the Planisware system to align with organizational goals and project requirements.
  • Manage the activity libraries related processes within our Planning and Execution tool.
  • Contribute to software development projects as an ad-hoc team member, providing support and expertise as required to ensure project success.
  • Lead improvement projects aimed at enhancing current Planning processes for improved efficiency.
  • General support to the Planning & Implementation processes within the organization.
  • Train the administrative users and support the team develop Planisware skillset.
  • Support the implementation of data integrity processes to maintain high-quality data within the system.
QualificationsWhat Skills You Need:
  • A minimum of a BS degree in project management or business, life sciences or IT related fields.
  • Accepts responsibility and takes ownership of projects.
  • Possesses excellent problem solving and time management skills. Shows initiative toward project execution.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to accommodate urgent projects.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Planisware software and its modules.
  • Experience in Planisware customization and maintenance, 5 years minimum.
  • Familiarity with database management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with IT stakeholders or vendors.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and technology changes.
