- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management (AM) modules.
- Serve as the primary client-facing SME for OTL/AM, guiding strategic and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex work environments and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive the design and development of complex OTL/AM configurations including:
- Design and implement Fast Formulas for OTL/AM to support various business requirements.
- Architect and oversee the development of complex interfaces and reports to support Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Time and Labor operations.
- Facilitate and lead design workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation with business users.
- Provide guidance and leadership to internal and client-side teams during the project lifecycle.
- Project and Costing overrides
- Labor Distribution
- Payroll Element and Rate integration for Timecard and Absence Elements
- Required Certifications:
- Oracle Cloud Absence Management
- Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management (AM).
- Proven ability to drive decisions in high-pressure, client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex project environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of OTL/AM configuration, Project/Costing overrides, and Labor Distribution strategies.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Fast Formulas for Time and Absence management.
- Ability to architect custom integrations and reporting solutions for PPM and related Oracle modules.
- In-depth knowledge of Payroll Elements and their integration with Timecard and Absence components. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead design sessions and solution walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or Cloud ERP implementations.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
