- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and visitors in accordance with site-specific policies.
- Provide customer service by assisting employees, contractors, and visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
- Carry out security-related procedures and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to company and client protocols.
- Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed to address security-related matters within the chemical and petrochemical environment.
- Availability across various days and shifts

- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
