
Production Team Leader

- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable bottom-line results.
- Track and report key performance indicators including labor hour consumption, work order completion, inventory accuracy, throughput, capacity, and customer complaints.
- Establish and monitor team goals aligned with quality standards and operational targets.
- Develop and manage the operational budget for the assigned functional area.
- Translate business unit objectives into actionable goals within the manufacturing department.
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of customer commitments.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance workforce capability and performance.
- Champion compliance and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives in support of plant-wide goals.
- Drive the implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles and practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in production, supply chain, or leadership; OR High School diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience; OR completion of a GE Healthcare Leadership Program.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in implementing best practices and navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments.
