DescriptionWe are seeking Liaison / Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Specialists at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).Job Description:The Liaison / Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Specialist plans, develops, manages, and supports planning and operational services to support security cooperation programs and initiatives such as Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives (SSCIs) in Thailand, the Philippines, Nepal, the East China Sea, and other locations as required across mission partners (MPs) in a mission partner environment(MPE). Communicates MP activities with foreign security forces and their institutions to build relationships that help promote U.S. interests; enable PNs to provide the U.S. access to territory, infrastructure, information, and resources; and/or build and develop capacity and capabilities. Coordinates and liaisons with relevant MPs, USINDOPACOM, Security Cooperation Offices in U.S. embassies, and USARPAC subordinate units. Coordinates TACP strategic partnering, integration, and engagement support for USARPAC, USINDOPACOM, and foreign liaison MPE activities.Duties:
  • Facilitates MP regional security cooperation activities such as exchanges or visits Advance PN capacity and capabilities through the provision of training and equipment and include a series of Title 10 (e.g., Section 333) programs build partnerships with foreign nations by providing military and equipment training to enhance PNs' capabilities within each of the GCCs.
  • Assists in MP training and teaching of partner forces in various adverse environments.
  • Coordinates CEMA in support of USARPAC objectives, activities, and investments by integrating and synchronizing regional, national, inter-agency, global, and allied/partner cyberspace and communication capabilities.
  • Facilitates research of all-source reporting to inform defensive cyberspace operations, coordinate all analytical products, and facilitate MP dissemination across tactical, operational, and strategic environments.
  • Communicates strategic oversight and operational guidance to the CEMA program as it relates to the MPE, evaluating policies and directives and advising development and integration of CEMA into the command's overall mission, strategy, plans, and operations.
  • Coordinates with MPs, CCMDs, inter-agency, and global and allied/coalition partners to develop policy and doctrine, and to obtain plans, revisions, and pertinent material needed for reference and execution of combined actions.
QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors and five (5)+ years' of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
