  • A background in roofing systems or construction.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly.
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred but not required).
  • Strong mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:On-Site:
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with all stakeholders.
  • Direct and prioritize production activities to meet operational and cost goals.
  • Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize production and resources.
  • Review reports and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality standards.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings to finalize project details.
  • Promote job site safety, conduct safety audits, and rectify hazards promptly.
  • Maintain inventory control and ensure the warehouse is organized and stocked.
Supervisory:
  • Directly supervise 30+ employees in the Commercial Roofing Department.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and performance.
  • Reward and discipline employees as needed and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Office/Documentation:
  • Develop and implement processes to improve production quality and eliminate problems.
  • Maintain daily logs, document project activities, and track scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for labor hours, project activities, and invoices.
  • Review and approve invoices related to your projects.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • Physical, drug screening, and background check.
  • Valid driver’s license required with a clean record.
