Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a CDL Driver for a Direct Hire position with our client, a reputable Automotive Company located in Bend, Oregon
The CDL Driver will play an essential role in managing raw materials and ensuring smooth operations for deliveries.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a wholesome Automotive Company and further your career in this industry.As a CDL Driver you will be responsible for:Safely operate commercial vehicles including [Class A/Class B] equipmentTransport goods to and from customer locations or distribution centersConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicleEnsure timely deliveries and maintain communication with dispatchLoad and unload cargo as needed (may vary by job)Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and hours of serviceFollow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and DOT regulationsReport any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptlyThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Valid CDL license with a clean driving record1-3 years of commercial driving experience preferredKnowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirementsAbility to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physicalStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands of the jobBenefits:
