Our client is looking for a Project Executive ready to level up to a leadership role, or a Division Manager / Director of Construction looking to take on a 30 person business leading the light industrial/industrial division of the company. Project backlog exists, strong financial support is real, immediate autonomy to drive the Atlanta business for this municipal, education, light industrial, and federal focused general contractor.
  • Be the face of the organization and promote the company to clients and partners
  • Ensure the organization's general economic and financial conditions are taken into consideration to ensure the company's goals are met and matched with available resources
  • Identify new opportunities to increase market share and company revenue
  • Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities to ensure the organization's targets are met
  • Ensure the organization's existing client relationships are enhanced even further
  • Provide support to operations team to ensure existing clients are engaged and happy with the service they are receiving

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in leading construction teams at General Contractors
  • Experience in the following construction sectors: office, healthcare, industrial, retail, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, and multifamily
  • Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to lead processes, make decisions, and solve problems
  • Project Management and team leadership experience
  • Ability to travel 30-40%
General contractor services the municipal, education, light industrial, and federal markets throughout the Southeast. They have multiple established offices with the Atlanta office being their top priority for growth.
  • Base salary ranging into the $200's
