
Resident Services Coordinator

- Serve as a trusted resource for residents, providing clear communication about community operations, services, and renovation timelines.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, concierge, and management staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all relevant laws.
- Champion a culture of service and support, helping residents feel heard, valued, and cared for during property upgrades.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: 0-1 year in multifamily leasing, hospitality, retail, or other customer service-related industries.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Basic math and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to resolve problems efficiently and empathetically
- Comfortable presenting to small groups and managing resident interactions
- Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the community as needed
