The position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the facility’s recruitment and retention strategy. The ideal candidate will have to ability to utilize multiple data sources, including ATS and employee survey data, to develop effective, full cycle recruitment plans with measurable goals. This individual will also play an active role in workforce retention initiatives, including employee appreciation activities, effective onboarding, employee satisfaction surveys, and the promotion of a positive work culture.   • Active involvement in talent acquisition by posting ads and managing the hiring process including new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure a welcoming and informative onboarding experience.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, hiring metrics, and onboarding documentation.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, school partnerships, and community hiring events.
  • Monitor and report turnover data for multiple positions and departments
  • Mentor and support other facility managers in effective retention strategies
Retention Responsibility Highlights
  • Collaborate with facility and corporate leaders to plan, develop and implement retention strategies for current employees utilizing survey tools and data to meet retention benchmarks
  • Help oversee the planning, development, implementation of onboarding activities for newly hired employees to reduce staff turnover rates
  • Manage daily employee survey touch points by evaluating, responding and aggregating trends to develop effective retention strategies
  • Monitor and report turnover data for multiple positions and departments
  • Mentor and support other facility managers in effective retention strategies
Requirements
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience as HR coordinator, HR assistant, HR generalist or other related HR position
  • Knowledge of human resources functions (recruitment, retention, training & development etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
