Location: RemoteType: Temporary Contract (4 months, leave coverage)**Overview**Infotron is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Contracts Specialist to support our client's purchasing operations during a planned team leave. This contractor will work within clients Zip intake-to-procure system, shepherding vendor engagements from purchase request to contract execution while coordinating across multiple departments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with contract review and redlining, cross-functional communication, and process management in a fast-paced SaaS environment.**Key Responsibilities**
  • **Contract Review & Negotiation**
  • Review and redline vendor contracts based on existing playbooks and internal guidance
  • Serve as primary liaison between Webflow and vendors on contract and commercial terms
  • Coordinate with Legal on exceptions, risk language, and escalations
  • **Procurement Process Execution**
  • Review purchase requisitions in Zip for completeness, compliance, and accuracy
  • Track and advance requests through each procurement phase, ensuring timely approvals and documentation
  • Partner with internal requestors to guide them through the purchasing process
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
  • Coordinate with Legal, Security, Corporate Engineering, People, Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable to ensure alignment, compliance, and proper handoffs
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders and vendors throughout the lifecycle of a request
**Requirements**
  • 4–6 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience reviewing and redlining commercial contracts and SOWs
  • Familiarity with intake-to-procure platforms (Zip preferred) and general P2P processes
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, escalate when appropriate, and drive tasks to completion
