Fleet Dispatch Specialist – Keep zTrip Moving EfficientlyzTrip is North America’s largest taxi provider, with over 6,000 vehicles operating in 38 cities. We’re committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transportation that connects communities and enhances mobility.We’re looking for a Fleet Dispatch Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this key role, you’ll coordinate daily dispatch activities, assign drivers, and ensure smooth, real-time communication between drivers and internal teams—keeping our fleet running at peak performance.What You’ll Do:
  • Dispatch drivers based on availability, location, and customer demand
  • Monitor fleet operations and respond to service issues as they arise
  • Communicate trip details, route changes, and updates clearly to drivers
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and vehicle assignments
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support efficiency
  • Assist in resolving unexpected disruptions or emergencies quickly and professionally
What You Bring:
  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with dispatch or routing software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
