The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's quality management systems, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA, NADCAP). This individual will lead a team of quality professionals, manage audits and inspections, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across the organization.The key responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams, including Inspectors and Quality Engineers.
Maintain and improve the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, NADCAP, and customer-specific quality requirements.
Oversee internal and external audits, including customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related issues with customers and suppliers.
Manage root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and non-conformance investigations.
Analyze quality data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Champion the use of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, Six Sigma, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
Support new product introductions and engineering change processes from a quality perspective.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across departments.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5+ years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA regulations, and NADCAP processes.
Experience with hydraulic/mechanical components or electromechanical assemblies strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading audits and working directly with customers and regulatory bodies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
