- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technical support staff, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our brand.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements to support strategic decision-making.
- Sales Experience: While prior sales experience is not mandatory, candidates with a background in sales or customer service will be preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, displays, and control systems, is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals.
