Delivery Coordinators are a crucial part of this process as the one who goes over the new vehicle's technology, pairs their phone with the car, downloads the relevant apps on the customer's phone, ensures the vehicle is clean and full of gas, and ensures that any issues are immediately brought to a manager's attention. Delivery Coordinators also ensure a clean and customer friendly showroom and lot.
