Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianDepartment: ServiceReports to: Service ManagerWork start and end: Alternating shifts 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to FridayPay Scale: $Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
  • Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Maintenance Technician Level 1
  • Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
