Qualifications:
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hotel experience is preferred, not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and displaying breakfast in accordance with the brand guidelines.
  • Maintain the serving area during breakfast hours and break down the serving line once breakfast is over.
  • Manage inventories to maintain par levels based on hotel occupancy; place food, beverage and supply orders as required.
  • Maintain organized and clean prep and storage rooms, report any maintenance concerns to management promptly
