We're hiring because we have more opportunities than we can handle.As a company, we strive to create a workplace environment that rewards leadership, responsibility and hard work while avoiding the high-pressure sales expectations that often lead to burn-out.As our Denver Metro Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing service repair while providing leadership and training to your team. You will help grow the market by onboarding new plumbers, managing large projects and ensuring all jobs are completed to plumbing code and to Priority expectations. You will maintain a sense of urgency, responsibility and resourcefulness to support and lead all Denver Metro plumbing work.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesManagement of Service Technicians
  • Lead and train all pluming service technicians.
  • Review weekly payroll time sheets for technicians. Review to ensure hours worked and commissions paid is accurate.
  • Monitor technician daily schedules to identify opportunities and manage workload.
  • Hold all service technicians accountable to keep work sites clean and clear of unnecessary material and/or debris and leave the property "better than we found it".
  • Assist in timely resolution of customer issues or complex technical problems confronted by the technicians.
  • Participate in scheduled weekly service meetings.
  • Hands-on approach to ensure crews are completing quality installations.
Customer Service
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication to Customers, Coworkers and Executive Staff.
  • Resolve direct customer concerns/complaints and poor online reviews.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of communication with customers.
  • Resolve invoice disputes with customers on a timely basis.
  • Monitor the quality of our service and repairs in the field.
Office Functions
  • Assist and provide support to Dispatch Team daily completing proposals as needed to ensure all proposals are completed and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Verify PPE is being used by all employees on each site visit. Report all instances of injuries, near-misses, property damage, and safety concerns to ownership.
  • Oversee fleet and warehouse/inventory management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum eight (8) years Plumbing service and installation experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive communicator who responds with urgency
  • Exemplifies problem solving skills and innovative thinking
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, prorates, & percentages.
  • Flexibility and exceptional multi-tasking abilities
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Three (3) years supervisory or management experience required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Master Plumber License with the state of Colorado
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 85 pounds
  • Ability to learn internet-based software/apps
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, and Excel
