We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate Data Management and Quantitative Analysis to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work under moderate guidance with internal and external datasets and client reference data to provide analysis in the development of statistical, financial, and/or econometric models for analyzing asset performance, securities data, derivative pricing, risk exposure, or other sophisticated concepts. Provide analytical support and prepare drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for the assigned area. Support assigned area with more advanced statistical and quantitative analyses and serve as a resource to less experienced colleagues. Run models, identify exceptions, take corrective action, and use technology tools such as SQL, querying, and macro development to extract data for populating models. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree in quantitative analysis preferred. 3-5 years of experience preferred. Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred. Good understanding of relevant processes and products in the assigned area and knowledge of analyses, methodologies, and approaches that best support assessment of performance, risk, or valuation. Ability to interpret findings, prepare initial drafts of standard reports, and translate complex technical concepts and analyses to non-technical audiences. No direct reports; provides guidance to more junior analysts and is primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work.
