- Teach assigned graduate-level courses aligned with program standards
- Provide academic guidance and fieldwork coaching to program candidates
- Support candidates in completing required program tasks and assessments
- Assess and provide actionable feedback on student assignments
- Collaborate with program faculty, fieldwork supervisors, and community partners
- Participate in program events, candidate orientations, and required trainings
- Use Canvas LMS and other technologies to support hybrid or online instruction
- Uphold the mission and vision of the department
- Model culturally responsive and equity-centered educational practices
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Instructional Technology, Career/Technology or a closely related field.
- Valid California Credentials held are specific to positions in EADM (administrative services) and CTE (teaching credential) programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of educational or related experience specific to the programs.
- Evidence of effective teaching and/or mentoring of adult learners
- Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Doctorate (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) in related fields specific to the program.
- Experience teaching in a related graduate education program
- Familiarity with Canvas or similar learning management systems
- Experience supervising/mentoring educators
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred)
- Availability for evening and weekend instruction
