The Opportunity:CACI is looking for an Assistant Contractor Special Security Officer (A/CSSO)/ Assistant Facility Security Officer (A/FSO) to join our team of passionate security professionals at our Sarasota, FL location. You will be a key contributor to the security team and will administer the Industrial Security Program for a CACI company.You'll be well versed in administering routine aspects of the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. You should be able to build high-trust partnerships with management and other security team members, while being energetic, detail oriented, analytical, and self-starting.Responsibilities:You will report to the Lead Contractor Special Security Officer and will:Position requires knowledge across all security disciplines and government agencies with an emphasis on clearance processing and personnel security and physical security.Coordinate and monitors highly sensitive aspects of the DOD, Intelligence Community, other industrial security programs and related security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.Protect classified government information and monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems, and procedures.Maintain security clearance records and processes security clearance documents for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts.Conducts security briefings and implements security education programs for all cleared personnel.Successful candidate will have experience performance of the following independent duties and must have previous experience performing such duties:Processing incoming and outgoing classified documents and materialsDemonstrated expertise utilizing DISS, SCT, TALON, IPAR, & Scattered Castles and other customer specific security applicationsProcess incoming and outgoing classified visits to include passing visits via DISS or other customer specific procedures.Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions.Personnel Security processing to include pre-screening and tier one adjudications.Prepare and submit Reinstatements, Conditional Certifications of Access, Crossovers, Nomination Letters, eCPRLs, RFAs and XOBs.Ensure all SF86s (word document or e-QIP) are reviewed for accuracy prior to submission.Track community badge expiration dates and ensure all badge renewal submittals are submitted in a timely fashion.Provide guidance to employees and subcontractors regarding matters of program security to include classification determination and marking guidance.Provide facility security support to include alarm checks, program access controls, alarm response and issuing badges.Process, update and maintain subcontract DD254's, submit and maintain SCI and eCPRL nomination packages and billet rosters.Conduct annual security self-reviews and follow up on corrective actions.Provide security indoctrinations, debriefings, and annual refresher trainings.Provide onsite security support activities in the areas of Program, Personnel, Physical, COMSEC and Information Security.Qualifications:Required:Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years related work experience.U.S. citizenship and minimum active TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility, and Polygraph.Must possess practical knowledge of and experience with DISS, e-QIP/eAPP, NISS.Must have previous industrial security experience.Desired:Customer and team oriented and able to function with limited supervision.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
