Regional Sales Manager – Dermatology Products - 277615822 OpeningsLocations: Remote within assigned region; frequent travel requiredMidwest Region: Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, Western PennsylvaniaRocky Mountain Region: Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New MexicoAbout the RoleWe are seeking two driven Regional Sales Managers to lead sales efforts and manage accounts in key U.S. territories. Each manager will oversee a portfolio of dermatology product sales across assigned states, working with their teams to call on distributors, dermatology practices, and key opinion leaders to drive growth and strengthen market presence.ResponsibilitiesOwn revenue growth and sales strategy within assigned regionWork with your team (coaching, hiring and firing) to build, maintain, and expand relationships with dermatology practices, distributors, and partnersManage existing accounts and develop new business opportunitiesDeliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training for dermatology professionalsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer successProvide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reportingRepresent the company at regional and national trade shows, events, and conferencesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)5+ years of proven sales management experience, preferably in dermatology, medical device, or healthcare productsStrong track record of achieving and exceeding team sales targetsExcellent relationship management and negotiation skillsComfort with frequent travel within assigned region (50%+)Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while aligning with company strategyWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commissionComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)Car allowance and travel reimbursement ($600/mo)Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesThe chance to be part of a growing company making a real impact in the dermatology industryBase Salary: $130,000.00 - DOEOn-Target-Earnings: $300,000 - uncappedSponsorship: NoIf you wish to be part of this successful and vibrant organization, please email a MS Word version of your resume to recruiting3215cubemanagement.com.
