- Manage parts setup in SAP to support new launches, promotions, and custom products.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of parts setup.
- Work closely with product managers, manufacturing engineers, and other stakeholders to gather key information.
- Track products through the process from change request to SAP setup and field communication.
- Learn and follow established documentation processes.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently.
- Associate degree minimum, Bachelor's preferred.
- 0 2+ years of administrative/office experience (entry-level acceptable, 2+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAP.
- Comfortable using software scripts (not developing, just executing).
- Strong computer literacy.
- MS Excel (2 4 years, intermediate level) ability to work with formulas, formatting, and basic functions.
- MS Office (2 4 years, intermediate level).
- Strong ownership of tasks (tracking, execution, escalations).
- Technical Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Clear and professional communication skills.
