Position DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Lead and oversee multifaceted projects within information technology and infrastructure, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Utilize established methodologies to meticulously manage all project stages, from scope definition to budget management.
- Formulate comprehensive project plans across the life cycle phases, ensuring optimal resource allocation for timely deliverables.
- Proactively navigate changes in scope, issues, and risks, devising contingency plans, when needed.
- Develop project deliverables and artifacts to align with goals, documenting key decisions in precise meeting minutes.
- Exercise discerning judgment in organizing and executing projects, driving effective communication and change management.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to capture project requirements and provide clear progress reports.
- Uphold project documentation, manage vendor relationships, and mentor team members, as required.
- Assume responsibility for large-scale projects, clarifying scope, harmonizing deliverable schedules, and outlining risk mitigation strategies.
- Guide identification and implementation of technical solutions to meet requirements and elevate project status within Applied Medical.
- Foster global collaboration for extensive-scale projects, committing to projects lasting between one and five years, demanding unwavering attention to detail and commitment throughout.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of five years of experience.
- Advanced experience in application development project management.
- Understanding of software development and applications development tied to manufacturing.
