  • Proactively provide information that will help the plant increase revenue and improve profitability, as well as respond to specific requests from the management team.
  • Perform monthly analysis and reporting of financial performance.
  • Understand and communicate revenue details, product and customer profitability reporting, financial analysis of proposed products, and customers and business models.
  • Provide pricing and sourcing recommendations regarding accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and general ledger.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, theories, concepts, and practices.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel 25 %.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing experience or public accounting.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to independently make sound decisions through creative problem-solving.
