
Lead Inside Sales Representative

- Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and drive sales growth through proactive engagement.
- Upsell and cross-sell electrical products and value-added services.
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
- Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive pricing, and product innovations.
- Report on customer feedback and market insights to management.
- Mentor junior sales staff and support team development.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in electrical distribution or construction.
- Strong knowledge of sales administration and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience handling complex accounts and closing high-value deals.
- CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)

- Required to sit, speak, hear, read, type use close and distance vision.
- This position works in a normal office environment, with Standard office equipment.
- Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. while working in the office
- This is a non-exempt position and pays between $30.14 - $41.21 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within Hawaii. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
