The ideal candidate will be a full-time Summit County resident (or immediate surrounding) with a desire to learn and develop skills as a maintenance technician in the hospitality industry.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter new work orders into the system and update existing work orders.
Troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues related to appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance and repair work, etc.
Conduct work order repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
Provide after-hours maintenance support in Breckenridge within 1 hour (rotating schedule).
Additional duties as assigned to support our property management and vacation rentals business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Must be organized and capable of prioritizing work orders while managing time effectively.
Must be detail-oriented and focused on quality and customer service.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to use basic technology and company software systems (with training).
Must have a valid Colorado driver's license.
