  • Support day-to-day project operations, working closely with leadership in the field and office.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation with precision.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Track budgets, schedules, and progress—helping ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to meetings, problem-solving sessions, and quality/safety initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–5 years of experience in commercial construction preferred (internship/co-op experience also valued).
  • A motivated, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A growth mindset—you’re hungry to learn and excited to take on responsibility.
