  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
  • 5 years of experience in real estate asset management with a focus on land assets, land development and real estate regulations.
  • Experience in business process documentation and process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with spreadsheet, data analysis, and presentation software
  • Experience in managing third-party vendors and contracts.
  • Experience with database management, and tracking.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

This involves administering the Inventory Property Management Program, tracking agreements and obligations, managing leases/subleases, assisting with dispositions, and facilitating appraisals before assets go to construction. This ensures Google's compliance, community partnership, and development rights. You will oversee external vendors who handle functional work and maintain property data. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near- and long-term objectives.
  • Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
  • Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of executive cross-functional leads and ensure they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
