
Program Manager

- Manage program timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate program meetings and ensure workstreams are effectively connected
- Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
- Adhere to internal and external quality standards
- Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing
- Coordinate and comply with organization change management framework
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements
- Implement budget tracking, demand and capacity models, and organize quarterly forecasting
- Collaborate with teams to define, develop, and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project standards
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
- Other duties as assigned
- PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification is a plus
- 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in procurement or finance transformation
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems
- Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
