- 5+ years of experience in successful quota-carrying sales
- Industry experience selling an HR/TA technology solution or related technologies
- The ability to comprehend and navigate technical, financial, and personal impacts, leveraging this understanding to drive the business forward
- Possesses a growth mindset, continuously seeking learning opportunities and embracing challenges as opportunities for personal and professional development
