Must be a good communicator.Responsibilities:
Client facing person to represent mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) for pharmaceutical projects.Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce HVAC mechanical and plumbing systems concepts, fire protection design concepts, and HVAC mechanical and plumbing calculations including load, energy/total cost of ownership analysis.   • Professional Engineering license and minimum of BSME
  • 15 years minimum of proven mechanical Engineering experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences industry
  • Solid understanding of cGMP, ISO, and ISPE standards.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC and associated hydronic systems.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC and pumping control strategies
Duties and responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to represent mechanical on projects.
  • Mechanical lead to oversee HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines towards a comprehensive and coordinated product.
  • Assess project requirements and oversee project design to completion.
  • Project mechanical lead will include managing designers and budgeted hours.
  • Work with code officials and other design professionals when an interpretation or exception to design standards
