- Lead and manage corporate interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field staff
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing corporate interior projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
