A well-established general contractor specializing in corporate interior renovations and build-outs is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in interior commercial projects and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
  • Lead and manage corporate interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field staff

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing corporate interior projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
