- Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing setting.
- Support various stages of production with physical and manual work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE when needed.
- Be flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or general labor role preferred.
- Ability to be trained and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Willingness to work full-time and occasional overtime.
