The Material Analyst & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible to support specific client transactions and needs at the Lonza owned site in Vacaville, reporting into the Warehouse function in Oceanside. This person will be primarily collaborating with the local site Warehouse team and perform specific activities while supporting other functions as needed such as Quality support, Direct Material Global Procurement, and third party logistics (3PL) providers.
The role will cover performing duties in the Materials Operation function including; GMP receipt, shipping to include raw materials and non-GMP receiving/deliveries.
Receipts: Perform the good receipt transaction in client SAP.
Outbound: Create the outbound delivery in client SAP to initiate a delivery request for Roche 3PL materials to ship out of the Vacaville site and perform the post goods issue transaction.
Quality Control partnership: coordinate the testing requirement for client network/3PL direct material and determine warehouse sampling (via Client SAP) and QC testing strategy (full/reduced/tests required).
Detailed role/task is subject to change depending on availability from client SAP for QC testing requirement Provide data/information packet for client to execute material release.Education and Experience: Warehouse/Distribution Center and inventory management experience preferred. Associate Degree and 6- year experience or HS and 8 years experience.
Work Environment / Physical Demands / Safety Considerations: Expected to be on feet for 8 to 10 hours a day, lift up to 40lbs may be required, the schedule will be Mon-Friday; schedule adjustments may required based on business needs.#TB_PH
