- Take and record patient vital signs
- Conduct patient intake: collect medical history, record symptoms, and escort patients to exam rooms
- Prepare and stock examination rooms
- Clean and sterilize instruments using autoclave
- Set up rooms for procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
- Completion of a Medical Assistant diploma program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Eclinical Works preferred)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, with flexibility for late nights and rotating weekends
- Bilingual in Spanish (Highly Preferred – 80% of patients are Spanish-speaking)
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in a high-volume clinical setting
- Medical assisting (clinical)
- Phlebotomy
- Vital signs and patient care
- EMR usage (ECW preferred)
- Primary care support
- Front office experience
- Certification credentials
- Multispecialty experience
- Pay Rate:$18.00 – $20.00/hour
