Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicatedMedical Assistantsto support multispecialty practices including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN. These roles are based in high-volume, fast-paced clinical settings where professionalism, adaptability, and patient-centered care are essential.Key Responsibilities
  • Take and record patient vital signs
  • Conduct patient intake: collect medical history, record symptoms, and escort patients to exam rooms
  • Prepare and stock examination rooms
  • Clean and sterilize instruments using autoclave
  • Set up rooms for procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant diploma program
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with EMR systems (Eclinical Works preferred)
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, with flexibility for late nights and rotating weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Highly Preferred – 80% of patients are Spanish-speaking)
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a high-volume clinical setting

  • Medical assisting (clinical)
  • Phlebotomy
  • Vital signs and patient care
  • EMR usage (ECW preferred)
  • Primary care support
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Front office experience

Compensation
  • Pay Rate:$18.00 – $20.00/hour
