Alcor is look for the Engagement Program Manager who is required to correspond, present, and participate in senior leadership discussions with the OPR/ COR, OPR/Program Manager and OPR/Division leadership to ensure contract requirements and deliverables are acceptable and meet expectations.The EPM shall assist in planning, directing, or coordinating the work and performance of all contractor personnel assigned.Duties and responsibilities include assisting in formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. The Contractor PM shall be available to engage in on-site meetings as required within a 24-hour notification.Education/Experience: Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 8 years specialized experience; or 10 years general experience. General experience is experience gained in an office setting. Specialized experience must include, at least, 3 years program management experience and 2 years of specialized experience in managing complex business functions or activities and overseeing the work of employees charged with delivering products and services.
