Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the futureThe Senior Analyst, Volumetric - Refining is responsible for ensuring all movements of product into and out of the refinery are properly recorded in SAP.Responsibilities May Include:
  • Review and approve inventory during the monthly close process, which includes ensuring the Automated Charge & Yield is properly updated.
  • Review and approve volumetric reconciliations in Blackline.
  • Communicate unreconciled issues to the appropriate parties to promote resolution.
  • Build relationships and partner with Refining, Commercial, Movement Capture Analysts, Billing, Transportation, FP&A, Managed Service Provider, and various other groups.
  • Maintain Volumetric Applications: PI Asset Framework (PIAF), Fence Line Yield (FLY), Automated Charge & Yield (ACY), Power BI Volumetric Tie In Report.
Required Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 15 or more Accounting hour
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Oil/Gas industry
