In this role, you'll be a key part of the pharmacy management team, helping to coordinate daily operations and oversee the work of pharmacists and technicians.You will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of safe, accurate, and cost-effective pharmacy services by collaborating with other pharmacists and the broader healthcare team. - Coordinate daily organizational and operational activities of the pharmacy.
- Oversee and provide guidance to pharmacists and technicians in pharmacy operations.
- Manage staffing schedules based on workload and staff availability.
- Lead the integrated provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with peer pharmacists and other healthcare team members.
- Oversee a specific area or specialty within the pharmacy department (e.g., central unit dose, IV room, satellite pharmacy).
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Current Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools.
