We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Manager to support our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory systems, purchase orders, and hardware, and will be responsible for placing, tracking, and updating equipment orders across multiple product lines during each shift. Strong multitasking skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.Key Responsibilities:Place equipment and hardware orders based on internal requests and inventory levelsTrack purchase orders through to delivery and update internal systems accordinglyMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock auditsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of ordersUpdate and maintain records in inventory management software and spreadsheetsAssist in receiving and organizing incoming inventory in the warehouseReport inventory discrepancies and propose solutions to resolve themSupport multiple product lines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracyCommunicate order status and delays proactively to relevant teamsContribute to ongoing improvements in inventory processes and accuracyQualifications:Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operationsFamiliarity with hardware or equipment inventory is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with inventory management software is preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
