- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to automate business processes.
- Design, develop, and support solutions within SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Configure and optimize Power Automate flows for process automation and system integration.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and offer ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide technical support as needed.
- Stay up to date with emerging Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams app development and integration.
- Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot for ETL and data transformation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive learner with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions within the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in a government or classified environment.
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of security best practices within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience developing and implementing automation scripts and workflows.
- Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination in the future
