You will play a pivotal role in driving Quality Excellence by leading corrective action measures through comprehensive failure analysis. This vital position is essential for maintaining the highest standards of product quality, ensuring strict compliance with regulations, and significantly enhancing customer satisfaction.What's it take to succeed?
Success in this role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, where strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities are imperative.Key responsibilities include developing, enhancing and improving robust quality control procedures and standards, conducting regular inspections of processes, reviewing documentation, and rigorously evaluating products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. You'll also analyze quality trends and assess supplier quality, working collaboratively with engineering, production, and other operational units addressing quality concerns and spearhead improvement initiatives.You'll effectively manage quality by reviewing internal and external failure costs and driving out process inefficiencies. Outstanding organizational skills are key to achieving these objectives. - Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems / Operations)
