As a participant in our Accelerated Path to Management Program, you will commence as a financial professional, mastering the art of product sales, cultivating client relationships, and fulfilling specific requirements before transitioning into a managerial position. Subsequently, you will undergo an intensive six-month training regimen meticulously designed to prepare you for managerial success. This experience will enable you to grasp the intricacies of recruiting and guiding others toward achievement. New York Life highly values and recognizes your dedication and achievements. In 2022, the average income among our 579 recruiters at all levels was $240,000.Responsibilities:
  • Hire, Train, and develop new advisors
  • Agents individual weekly reviews (PRP)
  • Maintain Production Standards
  • Help the Managing Partner protect the New York Life Brand
  • Lead and build your team of financial professionals
  • Throughout your career journey with New York Life, you’ll continue to have opportunities to grow and be promoted to increasingly senior levels of management
Qualifications:
  • You will receive top-notch training that will give you an understanding and appreciation for the strength and value of New York Life. Beyond this training and support, New York Life will provide access to the resources you need to succeed day-to-day, including experts on hand to answer your questions and a suite of digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools that will help you attract and retain your clients with web, social and email content
  • Must have a valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license in the financial services industry
  • Possessing SIE and Series 6 or 7 federal credentials is advantageous
  • Should have a thorough understanding of the insurance and financial services industry
  • Strong communication skills are required to effectively explain insurance strategies and products
  • Excellent sales and marketing capabilities are essential
